A 51-year-old man from Scotland has appeared in court charged with a sea fishing licence offence.

Anthony John True, of Mill Flats, Kirkcudbright, had the case against him adjourned until March 13.
The court heard that Mr True was the skipper of the vessel concerned and the boat’s owner had also been summonsed to appear on March 13.
