Police have released this picture of wooden pallets blocking Market Street, in Douglas, saying this was a drunken prank that went too far.
On a Twitter post sent at 4am today (Sunday), officers said: ’Sometimes drunken pranks just aren’t funny.
’They are dangerous and hinder the emergency services. No hashtag required.’
