Fred Martin John Ward, aged 42, of Glen Park Drive, Douglas, will face a trial for provoking behaviour on September 30.

The offence, which he has denied, is alleged to have taken place at the Card Factory in Strand Street, Douglas, on March 28.
He appeared before magistrates last week. His bail continues.
