Three people have appeared in court after a fight at the Union Hotel, in Arbory Street, in Castletown.
Michelle Frances Horne, aged 40, of College View, Castletown, and Kyle John Blackley (aka McGeown), aged 21, of Courtyard Apartments, Castletown, both pleaded guilty to affray.
Shane Paul Fayle, aged 20, of Marashen Crescent, Port Erin, entered a ’no plea’ response to the same charge.
The incident was said to have occurred on February 10 and involved a glass being thrown at the victim as well as him being punched and kicked.
Mr Fayle will be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on April 23.
Horne and Blackley will also appear again on the same date when Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes will decide whether they should also be committed to the higher court after taking into account credit for their guilty pleas.
Bail continues for Mr Fayle and Horne while Blackley is currently remanded in custody.
