The 999 call-out came at 6.50pm on Friday and two occupants had to be treated for smoke inhalation.
On arrival, it was confirmed that the fire was located in the utility room and after checking with residents at the scene it was quickly established that all occupants were accounted for.
Crews entered the smoke-logged property wearing breathing apparatus and extinguished the fire using high-pressure hose reels.
The property was checked for hot spots using thermal imaging cameras then ventilated using positive pressure ventilation fans.
Oxygen was administered to two occupants of the property, who were treated for smoke inhalation by ambulance personnel.
Emergency services were at the scene for about an hour.
