A vehicle fire caused disruption in the area around Bulgham rocks this afternoon.

Police asked drivers to use an alternative route and buses were diverted.

The road links Laxey to Ramsey along the coast.

Firefighters and police made the vehicle safe for removal and cleared the scene before the road reopened.

There were no reported injuries.
