Leanne Tara Moore, aged 40, has been charged with two counts of unauthorised access of computer materials.

She appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes last week.

The offences are alleged to have been committed at police headquarters, where Ms Moore is employed in a civilian role.

Moore, of Berry Woods, Avenue, Douglas, was said to be currently suspended.

The case was adjourned until March 10 at the request of advocate Louise Cooil who said that Ms Moore was charged on Friday (February 21) and asked for time to take instructions.

Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
