Andrew Iain MacMillian, aged 22, of Art Reayrt, Laxey, has been charged with drug-driving and possessing drugs.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on November 22.

He was represented in court by advocate Sara-Jayne Dodge who asked for an adjournment until April 6, saying legal aid had only recently been granted subject to proof of income.

Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
