Ryan Mark Sharvin, aged 22, of The Willows, Ballasalla, has appeared in court charged with drug-driving.
The offence is alleged to have been committed on October 31.
The case was adjourned until March 7 at the request of defence advocate Jim Travers who asked for time to review the case papers and for police body-worn camera footage to be supplied.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
