A community hub in the east of the island will hear a performance from one of the island’s top poets next week.

’Jackie’s Wicked Rhymes’, featuring wordsmith Jacqueline Morrey-Grace, will start the first Sunday session of the year at Mother T’s, in New Road, Laxey, on Sunday, February 24, from 2pm, and will debut some new original material.

The afternoon will be free to enter.
