Various handmade Christmas knick-knacks and warm refreshments were enjoyed by many at the annual Laxey Christmas Market last weekend.
The two-day event was held at the Men’s Working Institute on New Road and Laxey Post Office for shoppers in search of festive gifts.
This year was particularly busy with the fair having to expand its borders to the Post Office, as two floors of the Institute building were filled with different stalls that were changed around each day.
Crafts such as soft furnishings, jewellery, wooden carvings and cards were sold from a number of stalls set up by members of the arts and crafts community.
Other treats offered to the public included hot drinks, cakes and a special visit from Father Christmas.
