During Ashley Hill primary school’s Christmas productions £466.89 was raised for charity Crossroads Care.

Headteacher Peter Lewis said that the school in Onchan has always had a ’close connection’ to Crossroads Care, as some of its pupils are young carers themselves.

Crossroads Care works to provide support for both carers and people who need care.

It was established in the island in 1988.
