Finley Canipa and Dylan McHale have returned to the island triumphantly with medals from the Dwarf Sports Association National Games in Birmingham.
Between them, the best friends won four golds and three bronzes.
The games are organised for people with restricted growth, providing a chance for competitive sport on an even keel.
This year, the games 25th anniversary, more than 200 athletes aged between two and 60 competed in events including track and field events and indoor events.
Finley and Dylan, both aged seven and from Douglas, won their medals in a variety of events.
Dylan won gold and Finley bronze in the running event and Finley also added bronze from the basketball throwing events.
As a team, the both won gold at football and hockey.
Finley’s mum Kristy Canipa said: ’We couldn’t be more proud of our boys over the years, attending since they were toddlers and already owning a haul of medals between them.
’Besides the sporting aspect Finley, Dylan and both families enjoy a fantastic weekend meeting with friends they have made over the years and making new friends each year.’
Both the boys are hoping to attend the World Dwarf Games in 2020.
