Supporters who donated to the Queen’s Pier restoration project will have a chance to walk onto it this weekend and view their sponsors’ plaques.
This Sunday, May 2, is ’View your plaques day’ for sponsors of the bay 2 and 3 planks and stanchions.
However, as the pier is not yet approved for public access, groups of up to 10 can book a 15-minute slot as available between 2pm and 5pm either by email to [email protected], calling in to the pier office between 9am and 12.30pm or phoning 477062.
If all sessions get booked up the viewings can spill over onto Bank Holiday Monday.
