A company specialising in trust, corporate and fund services has announced the appointment of an industry professional to its board of directors.
He is client director Edward Leigh.
Financial services firm Zedra is based in Upper Church Street in Douglas.
Mr Leigh has industry experience in ownership structuring and operations for superyachts, business aircraft and corporate helicopters, assisting private and corporate clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and the US.
He began his career in banking and then moved into the fiduciary sector where he held senior positions, most recently as director of a marine and aviation services provider, before joining Zedra.
He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
