Insurance broker Rossborough has appointed Joanna Johnson as a non-executive director to its Isle of Man board of directors.
A spokesman for the business said Mrs Johnson is a fantastic asset.
She brings with her more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry where she worked in a wide range of sectors and in a variety of roles, developing expert knowledge in many aspects from management, training and mentoring to brokering and client relationship management.
Mrs Johnson said: ’I am thrilled to be joining Rossborough.
’As the only chartered insurance broker in the Isle of Man and as part of the global broking group, Gallagher, Rossborough offers a market-leading service which I look forward to developing even further.
’The company has a strong board of directors and I am very much looking forward to working together with them, lending an independent and objective perspective.’
Clive de la Cour, group chairman, said: ’As non-executive director, Joanna will strengthen the governance company and her focused and independent expertise will assist the decision making process of the board of directors.
’Joanna is also very mindful of the company’s strong local heritage and community links, as well as the advantages Rossborough brings to its clients by being part of one of the world’s largest insurance brokers.’
