How easy is it to switch your phone service from Manx Telecom to Sure or vice versa?
The government’s Communications Commission is gathering information through a survey into consumers’ experiences of switching telecommunications provider.
It wants evidence about how well the switching process is working in practice and whether there are any barriers to switching.
The survey should take a few minutes to complete and is available on the consultation hub at https://consult.gov.im/.
It runs until April 15.
People who would like to complete a paper copy of the survey, can collect one from: Markwell House on Market Street, Douglas; The Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal in Douglas; Ramsey Library; Castletown Library and Peel Library.
Alternatively, participants can contact the commission and request a copy be posted to them.
The survey does not ask for any personal data from you and should be completed anonymously.
