Rebecca Cretney has been taken on as investment counsellor at award-winning Nedbank Private Wealth.

Mrs Cretney is married with two young children and lives in Onchan.

She will be responsible for driving the company’s investment business for private individuals, trustees and investment consultants for the office at St Mary’s Court, Hill Street, Douglas.

Previously employed as a private banker at Nedbank Private Wealth, Mrs Cretney has more than 16 years’ experience.

The company is currently expanding the support it provides to clients.

Working alongside the private banking team, Mrs Cretney will work with fund managers, trust and corporate services providers, financial advisers and legal firms to develop the company’s investment service.

In addition, she will retain her established role as an investment adviser to various trust and pension schemes.

Mrs Cretney is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (chartered FCSI) and also holds the status of chartered wealth manager.
