Sponsor of Isle of Man Sport’s Coach of the Year award Crowe Clark Whitehill has applauded the island’s sporting talent.

Isle of Man women’s hockey team coach Raj Nandha waspresented with the award.

The accounting firm’s director Phaedra Bird congratulated Mr Nandha on his success in encouraging his players to be the best they can.

She also praised the island’s top athletes for their sporting achievements at home and abroad.

She added: ’As an accountancy practice which places great emphasis on providing our people with opportunities to further their professional development and acquire the skills to advance their careers and succeed, we understand the vital role training plays.
