First Names Group has announced the appointment of a specialist team in the Isle of Man focused on yachting and aviation services.

The four initial team member appointments, which are effective immediately, mark the addition of two new specialisms for the business.

The news follows First Names Group’s appointment of classic car expert James Haithwaite to its Jersey office earlier this year.

Led by associate director Grant Atchison the team, which is based in the Isle of Man, specialises exclusively in superyacht and aircraft asset ownership, operational administration and management.

Having previously formed the majority of the Moore Stephens yachting and aviation team, they have now come to First Names Group from another prominent international professional services provider in the island.

The company predicts that under Grant’s leadership the team will continue to grow, with further appointments due within the coming months.

The team will attend and contribute to the Isle of Man Aviation Conference next week.
