Tromode-based television company Greenlight TV have been awarded first place in the TV Production Company category at this year’s Motorsport Awards.

The awards aim to recognise engineering achievements, marshals, commentators, companies, racetracks, teams, riders and drivers.

Greenlight TV, responsible for television coverage of the Isle of Man TT, have production offices in the Isle of Man, Manchester and Tampa, Florida, where it produces and distributes more than 45 international motorsport championships and events, producing more than 300 hours of programming each year.

Its three weekly motorsport news and highlights programmes Motorsport Mundial, Max Power and Planet Speed, now reach over 1.2 billion homes worldwide.
