Cains has continued to strengthen its litigation team following the appointment of Tara Cubbon as a senior associate.
Litigator Miss Cubbon joins the firm after eight years with another island law company.
She has extensive experience of commercial dispute resolution matters including debt recovery for banks and companies, insolvency, trust litigation, professional negligence, claims against directors and employment law.
She also makes regular appearances before the Isle of Man High Court and Staff of Government Division.
