A charge of disorderly behaviour on licensed premises, against Thomas James Slinger, aged 18, of Foxglove Close, Douglas, has been dismissed.
He had previously denied the allegation.
The court heard that the prosecution had reviewed CCTV footage and decided to offer no evidence.
