A charge of breaching a community service order, against Edward Robert James McBride, aged 26, of Mona Drive, Douglas, has been withdrawn.

Prosecuting advocate Barry Swain told the court that, after discussions with probation services, further information had come to light which had led to the charge being withdrawn.
