Members of the recently formed Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Group raised more than £1,400 for Without Wings, the Manx Autoimmune Arthritis Trust with a sponsored car wash.

The event took place at the TT Grandstand in Douglas and was organised by Cat Haxby, mother to Rio, aged nine, who has the condition.

It was sponsored by Gordon Lee from Smart Valet, who also donated his personal car cleaning skills along with over 20 volunteer car washers.
