Roc Vannin choir members given a donation to charitable positive mental health project, Isle Listen.

With no choir rehearsals taking place during the pandemic lockdown, the singers chose to continue paying their subs anyway, so they could give money to local charities.

Isle Listen received £500 in June from Roc Vannin, whose funding and events co-ordinator, Jessica Mackie said was - welcome at was a challenging time for charities reliant on community support.

Roc Vannin are well known on the island for helping numerous charities with their fundraising, including a stint under the baton of Spider-Man at last year’s Isle Listen Flag Day in Strand Street, Douglas.
