The House of Keys has voted in favour of Rob Callister's motion which would see the Assisted Dying Bill to be referred to by a committee.

The motion would see five Members consider the 14 clauses and compile a report by February 2024.

There were 13 who voted for, and 11 against.

Nominated members were Mr Ashford, Mr Callister, Dr Allinson, Mrs Caine, Dr Haywood, Mr Hooper and Mr Glover.

The five members will be David Ashford, Rob Callister, Alex Allinson, Michelle Haywood and Lawrie Hooper.
