Anyone interested in a tour of an ocean-going yacht should get themselves down to Douglas inner harbour this weekend.
Sailing for the Disabled is holding an open day for anyone interested in viewing its boat, Pride of Mann III, and seeing what the local-working charity is about.
The event will take place on Sunday, July 23, from midday to 5pm, with refreshments on site and representatives, members of the crew and members with disabilities all available to talk to those interested.
Sailing for the Disabled is a purely volunteer-run organisation, constantly looking for new members and volunteers to ensure its work can continue.
It is currently on the lookout for new volunteers, so whether you’re an experienced sailor or simply wish to help and sail, everyone is welcome and full training is available.
Applications to join will be available on the day or you can visit its website or Facebook page.
The organisers of the event hope to see as many people as possible turn up on the day and take the opportunity to view the boat and meet the crew.
