Newly-elected Port St Mary commissioner Laurence Vaughan-Williams holds a surgery on Saturday, November 25 from 10am to 11am in the board room at Port St Mary town hall. Mr Vaughan-Williams said he is doing so to honour a commitment made in his manifesto to consult the public.
