While the long term future of the former Ramsey Courthouse has not been revealed, the commissioners have agreed on set charges for renting space in the building that will come into force on May 1.

Use of either of the large rooms will be £30 per session or £80 for the full day.

There will be no charge for community-based exhibitions and charitable events.

The small rooms will be offered for storage only at a rent of £20 per week.

A review of the arrangement will be provided in three months’ time.
