Manx cyclists Matthew Draper and Matty Bostock safely negotiated their way through qualifying in the men’s scratch race at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia on Saturday.

Racing in the second qualifying heat of the 15km event at the Anna Meares Velodrome, Bocky led home the Isle of Man duo in seventh place while Draper was 12th, therefore qualifying 14th and 24th overall respectively.
The final is set to go ahead later today (Saturday) at roughly 12.47pm (UK time).
