Natasha Danielle Moore, aged 23, of Main Road, Colby, has pleaded not guilty to fraud by false representation.

The offence is alleged to have been committed between October 10 and 18, and involve the scrapping of a vehicle which was not owned by Ms Moore.

Defence advocate Stephen Wood said that he was surprised that his client had been charged with the offence and asked the prosecution to look at the evidence.

A pre-trial review is scheduled for February 16.

Bail continues in the sum of £500.
