Carl Anthony Main, aged 49, of Watterson’s Lane, Douglas, has appeared in court charged with driving while under the influence of cannabis.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on September 6.
The case was adjourned at the request of duty advocate James Peterson, who said that Mr Main was instructing advocate Stephen Wood and that legal aid was still to be finalised.
Bail continues in the sum of £500.
