Anthony James Duggan, aged 45, of Scarlet Road, Castletown, has been fined £350 for speeding.

He did not attend court but sent a postal admission to the offence.
The court heard that police recorded him driving at 51mph in a 30mph zone at Douglas Road in Castletown on April 10.
Magistrates also endorsed his licence with 10 penalty points and ordered him to pay £50 prosecution costs.
He must pay the fine and costs within one month.
