Andrew Fenton, aged 45, of Cronk Grianagh, Strang, will face a trial in summary court on March 15.

He has previously denied breaching a probation order.
It is alleged that he failed to engage with offence-focussed work as part of the order, which was imposed for an offence of assault causing actual bodily harm.
He was represented in court by advocate Paul Rodgers.
Bail continues.
