Developer Dandara has begun building 45 houses in Peel.

The two- and three-bedroom properties will be available in the Oak Park scheme.

The cheapest will cost £197,450.

They are being built on Oak Road (Raad Darragh), just off the Poortown Road and feature range of two- and three-storey properties and will be for sale from August 27 and the first should be ready for occupation by the spring next year.
