The Laxey & Lonan Heritage Trust is holding the Great Laxey Duck Race on Sunday, May 13 from noon.

Ducks will be released into the river at 2.30pm from the Salmon Centre with the finish at Cooil Roy.

An open day at Laxey fire station starts at 12.30pm and the valley gardens will host a bouncy castle and ice cream stall. The Great Laxey Mine Railway will run from 11am, with a free ride for race ticket holders.
