Justin Jackson, aged 48, of Central Promenade, Douglas, will face a trial in summary court on November 10.

He has previously pleaded not guilty to being drunk and disorderly.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on June 10.

Mr Jackson was represented in court by duty advocate John Wright, who said that he was holding the case papers for David Reynolds who was unavailable.

Bail continues.
