David Victor Graham, aged 63, of Queen’s Drive West, Ramsey, has denied contravening an order prohibiting him from remaining on a road.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on April 29 during the Manx Classic Road Races.

A trial will now be held on September 11 in summary court.

Mr Graham was represented in court by advocate Paul Rodgers.
