Jason Leo Brown, aged 43, of Empress Drive, Douglas, has appeared in court denying being found drunk in a public place.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on March 16.

A pre-trial review will be held in summary court on May 25.

Mr Brown opted to represent himself in court, declining the use of a duty advocate.

Bail was granted in the sum of £500 with a condition to live at his home address.
