Richard Leslie Callow, aged 70, of The Meadows, Kirk Michael, will face a trial on June 29 in summary court.
He has previously denied an allegation of provoking behaviour, alleged to have been committed on February 6.
Callow has pleaded guilty to an offence of stalking and sentencing for that will take place after the outcome of the trial.
He was represented in court by advocate David Clegg.
Bail continues with a condition not to contact the complainant.
