A warrant backed with bail has been issued for Gary Wilson, aged 64, of Christian Road, Douglas.

He is charged with being drunk and incapable on June 17, and being found drunk in a public place on July 2.
Mr Wilson failed to attend court and High Bailiff Jayne Hughes issued the warrant with a rescheduled court date.
