Diogo Miguel Monteiro Ramos, aged 31, of Cushag Road, Douglas, will face a trial in summary court on July 14.
He has previously denied a domestic abuse offence and common assault on a female.
He also pleaded not guilty to damaging property, namely a laptop computer.
Mr Ramos was represented in court by advocate Ian Kermode.
Bail continues in the sum of £500 with conditions to live at his home address, not to contact the complainant, and not to leave the island without court consent.
