James Anthony Scott, aged 37, of Windsor Road, Ramsey, will face a trial in summary court on June 23.

He has previously pleaded not guilty to driving while under the influence of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), a cannabinoid found in cannabis.
He was represented in court by advocate Paul Rodgers.
