Lee Anthony Dixon, aged 36, of Strang Close, Braddan, has appeared in court after denying careless driving and having a vehicle in a dangerous condition.

He was represented in court by advocate Darren Taubitz.
The case was due for a pre-trial review but Mr Taubitz said that a report was awaited regarding alleged mechanical defects, which Mr Dixon says were the cause of the crash.
A pre-trial review will now be held on August 17.
