The owner of land adjacent to Brookfield Court in Claughbane Avenue, Ramsey, where four new dwellings are to be built, has been given the commissioners’ approval to name the development 1, 2, 3 and 4 ’Kneale Court’.

The development will be named after prominent Ramsey resident, the late Lancie Kneale, a past chairman of the commissioners who farmed at Claughbane.
