It will carry 64 passengers from Sonderborg to Ronaldsway.
Sixty-five per cent of seats were sold in the few days since the flight went on sale.
Local online travel operator VisitIOM.co.uk, which is owned and operated by Mann Link Travel, has organised it in collaboration with Alsie Express airlines.
