A 24-year-old man has admitted driving while disqualified and possessing cannabis.
Craig Jack Anderson, of Gladstone Avenue, Ramsey, also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance.
Anderson was spoken to by police at his home on March 14 after he was seen driving on Bowring Road in Ramsey.
He admitted that he had did not have a valid driving licence as he had failed to retake his test after a three-year ban imposed in 2014.
Police saw a grinder in his car and a search of the vehicle found £16-worth of the drug in the glove compartment.
Anderson admitted all the offences in a police interview.
Defence advocate Matthew Wilshaw said his client had other matters before the Court of General Gaol Delivery. The case was adjourned to tie in with those matters and so a probation report can be prepared.
Anderson will appear in court again on August 1.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500 with conditions that he liaise with probation.
