Two of Sunday's Manxman crossings between Douglas and Heysham have been cancelled because of the strong winds.

This morning's crossing to the Lancashire port was initially brought forward before being cancelled altogether.

As a result the return journey from the north west, scheduled for 2.15pm, has also been cancelled.

At the moment, this evening's sailing, which is due to leave the island at 8pm, is set to depart as planned.
