The Doctor, portrayed in the 11th incarnation by Matt Smith and his assistant Clara played by Jenna Coleman seem to be in a hurry - perhaps they are attempting to locate the TARDIS.

The site, behind M&S may seem small for a hotel, but if The Doctor is involved, it is surely only going to be bigger on the inside.

To enable the next construction phase, Market Street will close for about 28 weeks from Easter Monday (April 2), from the rear of TK Maxx to the rear entrance of M&S, with access to M&S via the Market Street entrance maintained.
